Micah Vincent

Chairman

Micah Vincent serves as Chief Operating Officer for Heritage Growth at The Heritage Group. In this capacity, he works with companies that are in markets of expanding growth, particularly in the environmental and sustainability sectors, and works on a variety of Heritage strategic priorities.

Micah serves as a board member of Heritage’s battery materials and management business Cirba Solutions. He is also the founder and board member of Avenew, a road network management company that is an investment of Heritage’s venture arm HG Ventures.

Micah previously served in a number of fiscal and policy roles under Governors Holcomb, Pence, and Daniels, including serving as the Director of the Office of Management and Budget. Micah lives in Zionsville with his wife and three children.
