REBID: Ports of Indiana-Jeffersonville Contract JF-2025-C3 – General Cargo Terminal Facility Upgrades

 

Bid Deadline: 11/14/2025 at 11 a.m. (ET)

 

Ports of Indiana is issuing this bid package for upgrades to the General Cargo Facility, including but not limited to repair and upgrade of one (1) existing 35-ton gantry crane, building modifications, concrete work, overhead door installation, installation of gutters and downspouts, and associated work as designed and specified in the project drawings and specifications, built in accordance with Ports of Indiana and State of Indiana requirements.

 

Bids must include all items as specified by the contract plans and specifications and be emailed to bids@portsofindiana.com by 11 a.m. (ET) on November 14, 2025.

Non-mandatory pre-bid meeting:  A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting/site inspection will be hosted on October 31, 2025, at 11 a.m. (ET) at the Port Office – 1402 Port Road, Jeffersonville, IN 47130.
