Bid Deadline: October 9, 2025 at 11 a.m. (ET)

JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. (Sept. 17, 2025) – Ports of Indiana is issuing this Invitation to Bid for upgrades to the General Cargo Facility, including, but not limited to, repair and upgrade of one (1) existing 35-ton gantry crane, building modifications, concrete work, overhead door installation, installation of gutters and downspouts and associated work as designed and specified in the project drawings and specifications, built in accordance with Ports of Indiana and State of Indiana requirements.

Bids must include all items as specified by the contract plans and specifications and be emailed to bids@portsofindiana.com by 11 a.m. (ET) on October 9, 2025.

Mandatory pre-bid meeting: A mandatory pre-bid meeting/site inspection will be held on Sept. 25, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. (ET). Bidders should meet at the Port Office, 1402 Port Rd, Jeffersonville, IN 47130.
