Notice is hereby given by the Ports of Indiana that it proposes to lease 193.4 acres +- of land at the Port of Indiana-Jeffersonville (“Port”).

Sealed bids will be received at the Port office, located at 1402 Port Road, Jeffersonville, Indiana, until 2:00 P.M. EST, on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at which time the sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Instructions to Bidders, including the bidding form and form of Farm Land Lease, will be available at the Port office (location above) after 1:00 P.M. EST Tuesday, November 18, 2025, by emailing Jeffersonville@portsofindiana.com, and on our website at www.portsofindiana.com. Port office may be contacted by phone at 812-283-9662. 

Bids must be submitted on the proper bid form and delivered in sealed envelopes marked “Farm Land Lease 2026-2028” and bearing the name and address of the bidder. The successful bidder will be notified prior to December 9, 2025.
