Notice is hereby given that Ports of Indiana (POI) is seeking bids for 2026 Rail Repair, located in Porter County, Indiana. Specifications and requirements can be found in the bid documents.

For all plans and specifications:

• Email asedam@portsofindiana.com and include the Bid # to request a bid package and requirements.

Bids must include all items as specified by the specifications. POI intends to award the contract to the lowest and best bid.

A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid is required.

Non-mandatory pre-bid meeting: A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting/site inspection will be hosted on July 23, 2026, 2:00 p.m. CT. Bidders should meet at the Port Office: 6625 S Boundary Dr, Portage, Indiana 46368
