Notice is hereby given that Ports of Indiana (POI) is seeking bids for the construction of an aggregate laydown yard, located in Posey County, Indiana. Specifications and requirements can be found in the bid documents.

For all plans and specifications: Email asedam@portsofindiana.com to request a bid package and requirements. Bids must include all items as specified by the bid plans and specifications. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid is required. POI intends to award the contract to the lowest and best bid.

Non-mandatory pre-bid meeting: A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting/site inspection will be hosted on June 2, 2026, at 10 a.m. Central Time. Bidders should meet at the Port Office: 2751 Bluff Road, Mount Vernon, IN 47620.
