Notice is hereby given that Ports of Indiana (POI) is seeking construction bids for updates to the interior of the Port Administration and Maintenance offices, as well as replacement and repair of exterior components to the Maintenance warehouse. Specifications and requirements can be found in the bid documents.
For all plans and specifications: Email asedam@portsofindiana.com to request a bid package and requirements. Bids must include all items as specified by the bid plans and specifications. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid is required. POI intends to award the contract to the lowest and best bid.
Non-Mandatory pre-bid meeting: A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting/site inspection will be hosted on January 14, 2026, at 10 a.m. Eastern Time. Bidders should meet at the Port Office: 1402 Port Road, Jeffersonville, IN 47130.
