Notice is hereby given that Ports of Indiana (POI) is seeking qualifications to design, develop, construct, and/or transfer improvements related to an Intermodal Transload Yard to be located in Ports of Indiana-Mount Vernon and to be developed under a Build-Operate-Transfer (“BOT”) contract. The project description can be found in the proposal documents.
