This Addendum is intended to answer questions of the Engineer and Owner and to issue clarifications to the Bid Documents. “Attachment A” includes all remaining Questions/Answers and clarifications as a result of questions asked by prospective bidders. “Attachment A” hereby becomes part of the bid documents. Addendum No. 5, including an updated set of plans and bid documents, will be issued on or before July 14, 2023.
