The following revisions are hereby incorporated into the contract documents:

1. Due Date – The due date/time and bid opening is hereby modified to 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time, on February 20, 2020 to provide additional time to make necessary modifications as a result of this addendum.

2. See attached technical specifications which are hereby included in the Contract documents.

3. See attached Intermodal Pad and Heavy Haul Road Pavement Exhibit which is hereby included in the Contract documents.

4. Addendum 2 is anticipated to be submitted by COB 2/14/2020 with an estimate of quantities and bid form.
